• Accidental damage including drops, spills, and screen cracks
• Hardware malfunctions and defects

Replacement & Shipping Policy

• Replacements are shipped by ReHisk (customs and taxes excluded)
• Customer is responsible for import fees, tariffs, and duties where applicable
• A free return label is provided for U.S. and Canada once your warranty request is approved
• Defective units do not need to be returned for international cases
• Service not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or remote mountain regions
